I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the breakfast, which had a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for accessing the Hinterstoder ski area, making it convenient for ski enthusiasts like me.

Value for money: The hotel offers a great value for money with its spacious self-catering flats, which are perfect for families like ours. It had all the necessary amenities such as a fridge and plates, making our stay very comfortable.

The apartment we stayed in had lovely views of the countryside and a good-sized fridge and kettle. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the convenience of its location, as it was close to both skiing locations, making it easier to enjoy winter sports.

Dinner time had a tight window, which made it challenging to fit in a sauna after a day of skiing. It's a shame that the hotel is not part of the tourism card system, as we missed out on free cable car rides and entrance fees to attractions.

Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort, even inviting everyone to join their Christmas traditions and singing.

Spent Xmas at a hotel that offered a free welcome drink, which was nice. The hotel was located in the countryside, perfect if you like to be surrounded by snow. Accessible by car and provided ample parking. They offered a farm for kids, which seemed to be a hit among families.

The stay was ruined by the terrible smell in the room's bathroom. Smelled like sewage, and we had to open the windows several times.
